I was just wondering if anyone knows if someone logs onto their computer under someone elses log in if that person can tell.

No one has told me how would that person know if you logged in under their name.

If you download anything, or go on the internet and dont erase the temp files then you can find out.

Normally yes.
If you're using Windows XP, right-click My Computer and select Manage. Click on Event Viewer and then on Security.
Look at the Event id #528. This is a successful logon for a user.
