Answer 1 because they own most of the salons, so I believe they take the best care of their feet.

#1: i actually do my own pedicures--what can i say, i'm too cheap to pay for them! but i do it for a bit of both no.'s 1 & 3.

#3: i cannot give an objective answer because i do not happen to know anything about the grooming habits of any of those races of women, except for the white ones. and i've seen some pretty scary hillbilly feet! but i'm white, and so i shall pick the caucasians, so as not to leave the question unanswered. if i had to answer based on gut feeling, however, i would say asian women, because they are seen by so many as ornamental, and much emphasis is placed directly on feet in some asian cultures. traditions and ideals take a very long time to change, so while there may not be rampant foot binding going on today, i would think that many asian women are still brought up to think that their feet should be pretty and desirable.

for question 1-to feel good. especially after a hard week
for question 2-i am always embarrassed about my feet,i had surgery to correct 4 hammer toe. toes rejected pins and staples so now they are pretty crooked
for question 3-african-americans,they seem to take better care by using a good moisturizer at least once a day
