According to Fergie herself, the song refers to a sex act whereby two women and two men form a bridge-like shape during intercourse.

Fergie describes the song as being "kind of like a punch in the face to let people know I'm coming out.. I've been getting way too into myself nowadays and I just wanna have fun with as many men as I can possible."

"How come every time you come around my london, london bridge wanna go down like londy londy londy, wanna go down like londy londy londy, we goin' down..."

Her 'london bridge' is her pants/undies. Another line from the song goes:

"...all my girls get down on the floor, back to back drop it down real low, I'm such a lady but I'm dancing like a hoe..."

that kind of gives you a clue. that song is so overplayed I know it almost by heart.

Fergie is talking about her identity in the song, like how it is gentlemen's club but she is not afraid to go there then show who she is. she means that may be like she is not afraid to show who she really is . she doesn't have to hide her self , to think what other might say.

I didn't realize that was the line, but what a stupid metaphor - no wonder you don't understand it, and no wonder I think she's talentless.
