to play or not to play?

i am a junior in high school and i have been repeatedly asked to join football. i played my sophomore year, and had a great season
but i didn't play this year, because i felt that my school work and football would be too much. but as this football season is ending, the coaches are asking if i will come out for the team next year. personally i would like to go out for the team, but i am unsure about this decsion. any suggestions?

I'm debating the same exact question. Except I'm a Sophomore and have never played because of my small size even though I can catch like Ocho Cinco. Haha, chyeeeaaaah right. Anyways, I say why not. If you already had a good season before, I say get back in shape and play. On the other hand, my sister is a Junior and is constantly complaining about all the work. If it takes you away too much from your work, either you can make up for anything lost in summer school, or just not do football. If football barely keeps you from keeping up in school, then do football. Overall, it's your choice, but I think, since you asked this question that you are leaning toward playing football. So I say do it.

Your school work is more important then football but if you think you can handle both then I say go for it.

You have to make up your mind you say you want to go for it but then you say your unsure. You need to decide what you would like to do and if you can balance both your school work and football.
