y am i getting the message,,, 'customize your settings''. i cannot get into i.e. at all.someone help me.

how can i be more specific? i cannot get access to internet explorer, and this happened 5 days ago. i have no idea what the message means.

Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the IE then reinstall it. Or stick with IE 6 which is what will show up after uninstalling 7 if you had 6 before.

Download hijackthis found at http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html. Run and save a log. You can then get it checked at http://www.hijackthis.de/ . It will let you know if you have any nasty stuff.
