Implantation bleeding, swollen/tender breasts, fatigue/tiredness, naseau/morning sickness, backaches, headaches, darkening of aerolas, food cravings
These can also be caused by several other things outside of pregnancy

dizziness and vomiting plus the ones already mentioned by others. The most obvious is not getting your period when you are supposed to.

period stops, food cravings, feet swelling, nausea, dizziness, slepiness, stomach pains, weigth loss/gain, freuqent urination,, swollen/tender breasts...hope that helps

well everyone knows this but i'll say it again you will notice that when you are due for your periods you don't get them
