I would choose Peanut Buster Parfait from Dairy Queen. They are my favorite. Plenty of calcium, fiber (peanuts) and just plain ole chocolate yumminess.
After you finish the nachos bell grande, I invite you to try one for desert. Isn't this new no calorie diet great?
