if not the europeans then someone else would have eventually come. i guess it would depend on who else got here first. its not like you can really say that if the europeans did not come then the us would be all green with only indians.

You know even before Europeans arrived, there were people of Asiatic culture in America, called INDIANS by Columbus.
It might be less developed then its now.

One thing for sure !! an entire society of the native Indians would had survive in it's entirety , they would been able to continue with their traditions and in their own form and costume they would have been wealthy , they would had some how progressed , perhaps not with the European technology and industry , but think how much happier would they had been with out all this clutter of our times and technology . The Europeans in their greed and rush to reaches have almost disseminated an entire civilization . Who did they think they were?????

culturally I would look at the different cultures from the different tribes of Native Americans to see how things might be in this case.

Probably not that different, would be my guess. Industrialisation would have reached it from Europe eventually, just like it did the rest of the world. It may not have been so populated, though.
