15 mths old cries for everything (really loudly) fights for things that aren't hers and screams if she doesn't get it. You cant touch her things, food toys etc. Is she too young to learn and understand?

Sounds like tantrums and no she isn't too young to understand! In fact, she knows exactly what she's doing when it comes to getting her way. Tantrums usually start around the age of 14 months and even at that age toddlers know what they're doing.

When she throws a tantrum, you need to just walk away. Ignore her and her behavior until she can calm down and that will help her to realize that crying and screaming will get her nothing.

She has started her terrible two's a bit early. I dont think she is to young to learn what is acceptable but most people wait until they are about 18 months to start "training" their children. My nephew did this with me when he was your daughter's age so when he'd take things of mine I too would scream and act like he did. Finally he caught on

in two months she will understand better, but she is doing it to get attention so ignore her and she will stop it. My 18 month son was throwing himself on the floor and screaming at that age and I just used to walk away and leave him and believe me he stopped it.
