It's a Disney song. And the only other thing I've actually seen it used in was Fletch Lives.

That movie was "Song of the South" put out by Disney in I think the 40s. The story is based in the South during the Civil War, and has some racial stereotypes. Disney has kept the movie in the vaults for almost 20 years due to the current politically correct atmosphere.
