The worst I have heard yet was a women in a clothing department calling in to her sisters parole officer to let her know she could not come to see her today because she was in bed with a nasty STD breakout - sheesh! I mean, c'mon people, there is a time & a place. What do you think makes people behave this way? What is the WORST thing you have heard someone say on their cell phone in public? This could make an interesting book!

Since cell phone have come about I think we have become a very vulgar

All black people do not talk loudly on their cell phones about private situations. I've seen all races talk loudly on their cell phones. She probably was lying to her sister's parole officer. Come on now, who'd really discuss something like that in public?

You'll mostly find these type of behaviors in cultures that are based mostly on "individualism" like the USA.
Because we Americans like being the center of attention. No matter if it's bad or good.

As long as its not me . I do not care what people do . Nothing anyone could say would suprize me . There are some weirdos out there.I think its amusing to overhear things like that .It makes me feel alot better about the dumb things I do.

I was in a shop a woman was crying out loud because she was breaking up with her bo friend or something

They are rude, with poor manners and no home training.
