Why would you want to? Your granddaughter is to young for that. Let her be a child for a little while longer until she's old enough to show an interest in it. When she says she want to model or becomes interested, make sure you support her and tell her constantly how beautiful she is despite whether she models or not is thin or not. She is uniquely herself and weight or beauty shouldn't matter from the one person who is her grandma and is meant to love her despite everything and anything that can happen in life.
