They will ask you general health questions, (such as asny prolonged illnesses or injuries and how you;ve generally been feeling) possibly family history health questions, and if you've been sexually active. He will take your temp, blood pressure, look at your ears and eyes and throat, feel you glands in your neck. Some doctors press around your abdomen for any abnormal lumps, and he may press around your chest/ armpit area for the same reason. (Not your breasts, dont worry!) You have othing to worry about, its simple and painless and quick! He will check your shots record to see if you need a booster. He may recomenf that you get the new shot for HPV (human papiloma virus) which will prevent cervical cancer. Good luck!

It sounds like you are afraid that the doctor will find out something that you would rather keep secret.

A basic physical will include a medical history (questions about your health through your life, like surgeries and illnesses), a family history of diseases (some diseases run in families), a little about your current behaviors and if you engage in high risk behaviors (unprotected sex, smoking, drinking, drugs).

The will probably prick your finger to test for anemia, low red cells and hemoglobin and iron. They may take a small vial of blood and do a complete blood count.

The doctor will listen to your heart and take your blood pressure. The doctor will check your reflexes. This is painless.

I am assuming this is not a gynecological exam.

Try changing your thinking. The doctor is not there to judge you but to help you have the best health possible. The doctor is not your enemy and is not your parent.

They'll probably just take some blood, height, weight, blood pressure, listen to your heart and ask you if you sexually active... I wouldn't plan on a big deal or anything. If your 'active', they may ask more questions to make sure you're not "at risk".

Enjoy the next couple years of these kinds of appointments. Unfortunately, females have to go through a lot of "stuff'.... as they get older.
