Dude You can't Cast John Kerry, although he is a Gomer, He is Anti Military. LEts see if we can come up with a Gomer who is not Anti Military or Anti American.
Remember it was Gomer Pyle USMC- an Anti-Military Person would just be wrong.

They look about the same. Gomer was a great actor, super singer, and talented. Kerry isn't.

thats a tough one because john kerry kind of looks like a gomer but pelosi is the one that always has a sh*tty grin on her face. Honestly, don't know who can sing well but I'm sure if teddy downs a few, he will sing anything for us. :)

A better choice would be George W. Bush after he finishes up being president and destroying the country. For some reason, words such as "golleee" just seem to go right along with nuke-you-lar and some of the stupid things he's said. He
wouldn't even need a script, he could just say what comes naturally. So, "bring it on!"
