Transmissions, because it has to be reassembled back perfectly in order to function like new, and all of the parts are tolerances to specification by the OEM, ask any tool a die guy, or the ASTM the American Standards for Testing of Materials, everything is designed to where out at a certain rate of use , if it were not you would never have to replace the parts or and they would never wear out and the parts manufacturer people would never make any money. The transmission is an intricate system of carefully balanced gears, pinions, and gyros, depending on the design specifications

The frame is the hardest part to repair on most cars, because if it's bent by an accident the car is Totalled. Most body shops won't repair a bent frame, you have to get a new/used frame and replace the whole thing.

Every seal in the motor. The only time you would have to change all of them is if you put to much oil in. To much oil can flood the motor and usually that means one would have to buy a new motor or replace all the seals in the entire motor (which would not be a fun job).

Depends on who is doing it and what he knows.
The automatic transmission would be my first choice of the hardest. But then, I don't know anything about it either.
I don't know brainsurgery either, but I know where to find a guy that does.
