I'm trying to figure out what to wear on thanksgiving. I was thinking of wearing grey gouchos and a hip-length brown sweater. Question is.. do grey and brown go together?

Grey really looks best with blues, reds, black. I wouldn't put it with brown. And brown looks great with rusts, golds, greens - earth tones.

Not really, it's mixing a warm and a cool color, and it's not monochromatic. I think it would look a little homely. Wear the brown sweater with tan gouchos or the grey gouchos with a black sweater. Also, sorry but gouchos are so not in anymore. I think you should go with a sweater, knee length skirt and boots. It's a cute fall look.

Generally speaking, in a fashion sense, grey and brown do not work well together, although it does depend on what shade of each you use. I would suggest another colour with the grey goucho's, perhaps something a little more cheerful in tone....like a red or nice blue. Greens and browns work well together and grey is neutral and can work with most colors. Think blacks, greys, whites....browns, oranges, yellows....

In my opinion I do not think that brown goes w/grey. I would leave out the gouchos, and suggest what others have suggested, pair it w/a cute skirt and boots, and also a belt. All of those items are really populare this season.

It's a bit boring and I don't like gouchos. Why not wear the sweater with a belt, skirt and heels instead?

I think they go together. But the other day i was wearing brown and grey and my mom said they didn't go together.

Black and easy-weight to medium gray bypass properly mutually - brown and grey are form of blah. i could positioned on black boots with all black, military, gray pants/skirts; and brown boots with brown, tan, beige pants/skirts.
