The pill is made up of hormones. The pill changes the hormone balance in your system. You should get your period a few days after you take that 7 day break, unless you are on a different kind of pill. If you started the next cycle of pills you will not get a period until you come to the end of that cycle. It is nothing to worry about, but do keep track of your periods and mention it to your doctor.

Antibiotics have nothing much to do with your period. That is not the cause.

You need to take a pregnancy test and don't take any more pills if you plan to keep the baby and test is positive.
It takes about 4-6 weeks for pill to be effective and yes some antibiotics can effect the pill effectiveness.
You should take a test asap.
Also if not pregnant you should tell your doctor because you may want to have your rx changed to another pill.

Antibiotics can affect your menstrual cycle. Antibiotics can have an impact on liver enzyme function, which then can affect hormonal levels, thus altering your menstrual cycle.

Other things can alter your cycle as well such as travel, diet, exercise or stress.

It's only the 20th. Unless you had unprotected sex in the last 2 weeks or so, I wouldn't worry. If nothing in the next few days, then maybe get a pregnancy test.

sometimes it takes a while before your cycle will become regular. be careful if you take antibiotics they will cancel out the pill and you could get pregnant while on them.
