I am taking a cargo bicycle trailer, I want to give it a 49cc scooter motor and an axle what kind of transmission parts will I need?

Well it is already made but i get what ur saying

That should be a centrifugal clutch and not a transmission. Those you can get through go-cart or snowmobile suppliers.
