the baby?? The one's I've seen wouldn't fit my bassinet, so I need to order a specific size? Any ideas?

You could use mosquito netting. It's really cheap and sold at army surplus stores by the yard. I used it and put weight on either side so if they jumped on it it didn't give. If you know anyone with carpentry skills they could make a frame for a cover and then you could staple the netting onto that.
