my son is beasted to get like a card that you can add money and use at local atm's and use at stores without social security, bank account or credit check where can i get him one

You can get a credit card at your local Walgreen's. You can get it in any denomination. There is a small fee to get the card. ($5)

Go to a local currency exchange and they can hook you up with a prepaid debit card. They have drawbacks, but it will keep your son from overdrawing on a bank account. They charge a small fee for every transaction. But, they are very accessible

Your best bet is to get him a DEBIT card, in which you deposit the money into a savings account for him. That way, he cannot go over the limit which you set. Most credit unions now offer this.

Your bank may also offer the refillable card. Bank of America has something like this too.
