No unlicensed guns are bought and sold all the time. A lot of people buy these guns because buying from a individual is always cheeper than buying from a dealer if you know what you are doing. People that sell any gun need to pay attention to the buyer and not sale if it is a questionable person. You do not have to sell to anyone. I buy unlicensed guns all the time. I always run the gun on NCIC (National Crime Information Center) If you buy a unlicensed gun and it is hot (stolen) you not only lost the gun but your money as well.

Not really, some people use and by unlicensed
gun to protect their families. They could be living
in a rough neighborhood, like I had to friends who were found in a dumpster chopped up into pieces about 8 years ago.

Some buy guns to feed their family.

Others buy guns to kill people.

I think that should give you the analogy you are
trying to make here.

yes it is fair to think that . why would they risk being caught breaking the law when there is an easy option that is to license the gun no hassle .
anyone with a gun that is not licensed gun that is not so old and been in the family for generations should spend a minimum of 35 years in hard laybour . that will stop the people from getting illegal guns. 35 years hard laborer no matter what . first offense.

NO!! In the state of Illinois the state requires its citizens to have a FOID card and a lot of people purchase unregistered firearms, some do it because they refuse to participate in an illegal gun control, not so they can commit illegal acts.

No. Assumptions are never safe. He may be cheap, or not know how to get a license. I'd say the probability is higher that it will be used for illegal purposes, but its not even close to being guaranteed

A person gets the license. The gun gets registered. If someone breaks the law to get the gun it is safe to assume they don't want to go through the proper channels. I would start to wonder why.

No. People buy guns for many reasons. It is not safe to assume anything. I won't give any reasons why some one might want or need an unregistered weapon. It might give the wrong person ideas.

No it is not safe to assume that.People buy guns from each other all the time and don't license them.Only new or used guns sold at a store or pawn shop are ever licensed.

you can assume anything about an unlicensed gun. its most likely going to get someone into trouble before long.

Not all states are marxists states requiring registration so as to be able to confiscate the tool at a later time.

Besides my Peacemaker can't drive so why would it need a license?
