Its the middle of the night, your driving your car, and all of a sudden you run over and brutally kill a black man.
There's no chance you'll get caught.... do turn yourself in?

I wouldn't have to turn myself in because I would not leave the scene and I would be calling 911 for him and performing cpr and praying for him and breathing for him as the ambulance arrived and I would be in the hospital when they pronounced him dead and waiting for his family and that is where the cops would find me.

First of all why does the colour of the person matter. Why didnt you just say you brutally kill a man?
Of course you turn yourself in...could you live with the guilt otherwise?

turn yourself in, get some counseling if it makes you feel better. You cannot live with the guilt all of your life.
