I am an English person from Britain. If I were from Ireland, Scotland or Wales people would expect me to say that I am Irish, Scottish or Welsh, but because I am from England I am expected to just say that I am British. All those countries are part of Britain and their people can state their specific origin so I have the right to say I am ENGLISH! Thank you!

English although Bliar would have us believe we are British, but British is an all enveloping category. It's driven by his desire to have the impossible dream of a multicultural society.
He can't accept that what he has created is a multiracial society that is doomed to failure with the spilling of blood, bear witness to the terrorist bombings.
