I cannot stop thinking about it. It ruins my life, does not let me concentrate in more important things. I do not like it and I want to get rid of it.

That thing inside you that wants to have/ think about sex constantly is an ego... That has to be alienated in order for it to leave. Obviously you've admitted its needs to go.. now it just needs some will power. don't let yourself have sex or watch pornography etc.until you feel that you don't need it... after that you will begin to enjoy it instead of HAVE to have it.

Sex addition runs a lot deeper than just needing sex. You are trying to fill a hole with something. In your case, it's sex... with some people, it's food or alcohol or drugs. If you were married, you probably wouldn't me. It can ruin your life. What you really need to do is find out what the bottom line is.... were you abused? not that uncommon for abused people. Maybe going to a counselor to talk would be a step in the right direction.

aren't there meetings you can go to for these things?
do some kind of research, get to the cause, get to the root of the problem, and work on breaking free from this addiction before it is too late.

If it too excessive beyond the point that youimagine trees have skirts on, you need to go for a therapy. Thinking about is sex is normal, addiction is not.

I would suggest finding a therapy group in your area. Professional help sounds like your best bet.
