I started my period last year and am 5ft. Can I grow 6 to 7 more inches and about when will I get my growth spurt?

sure you can most peolpe dont stop growing untill the were about 18-20 years old and your only 13 so you still have a little ways to go so dont worry

I stopped growing when I was 11. I'm 5'1, but I come from a short family.

Sure you can. I grew until I was about 20. I don't know about 6-7 inches, but you might not be done yet. Actually, you probably aren't done yet.
