okay. i am going to have a business meeting. there will be two sessions on the same day. everyone that wants to go will have to buy a ticket which will be $8 for a person. the ticket will work for both sessions. the trouble right now is. how do i make it so that someone won't go to the first session and then pretend to go to the bathroom or something and then give it to another person so that person can go in and listen?

Maybe have people at the door or something asking for tickets. If someone goes to the bathroom, let them know before they leave that they will have to show their ticket again when coming back into the session...

Sounds as though each session covers the same subject so just collect the tickets from those attending the first one. If anybody wants to leave to visit the toilet then stamp the back of their hand. If the sessions are on different subjects then issue a new ticket to each person as they leave at the end of the first.

If the ticket is good for two sessions then what's the problem with giving it to someone else to attend the 2nd session as long as the 1st person doesn't come back?

When they arrive for the first session have someone tear off the bottom or top half of the ticket, that way it can't be used again.
Or have different colored tickets for each session

You take people's tickets when they enter the session in the morning and if they have to leave the room you stamp their hand. They will need to show that stamp when returning to the session.
As you are retaining all the tickets when they enter they can't be given to other people.

if the point is someone trying to listen you sould try not fakeing it but takeing the person that was sapose to go and bring lyk a tape recorder in there bisness bag ors soemthing sounds lyk your in a real pertidiment sorry this is all i could think of!
