Yes. There is a hierarchy in place where some peers out rank others. You are usually taught by retired military officers. You get many after school programs such as Rifle teams or Raiders. You are taught things like map reading, plotting coordinates, public speeking and becoming tomorrow's leader (and cannot forget the unique fitness programs)
