I'm doing a report and i need to know when your found guilty for bankruptcy fraud and i wanna know how long you may be sent to jail for

There are loads and loads of penalties under bankruptcy law, both federal and state, as well as under various criminal code sections relating to bankruptcy. There is, however a section under federal law (Title 18, Section 157) that is actually called "Bankruptcy Fraud." Under this section, the maximum jail time is 5 years. Here is the link to it:
