it doesn't matter to me really. i enjoy cooking and stuff so that's no prob, having them come over saves me time, i usually do things for the last minute. I think it depends on how your relationship with your family is. I love my family so anyway is good enough with the way we see each other. But if their are rivalries and the in laws doesn't get along (vise versa) than i rather stay home at my house! You may not be welcome to theirs!

I would prefer to have them over. That way, I can keep busy instead of sitting still making chit chat.
