It depends on how quick you mean. If you are very clever, then i'd suggest setting up a website, but you'd have to have a unique idea, you can make money very quickly that way ( just ask the guys that have just sold youtube) the other way i'd suggest is property developing, but you'd still need some decent money to start with.

Be Bill Gates, and put your entire fortune into the bank for a day and collect the interest.
Alternatively read the book "how to get rich" by Felix Dennis. He is filthy rich.

everybody has that dream, but its not that easy or it doesn't exist...
my suggestion is: marry a millionaire and then divorce her in two years time!
