This thing is being built under the table. Those in power are pushing this through with no check on it. The people with money are pushing this through in a rush, if i am not mistaken the chance to vote against many of the roads has already passed.

.. the reason you wont be able to stop it is because those in power keep people uninformed of what the real issues are and keep them sidetracked on issues that will have no bearing whatsoever on the outcome ... in fact ... the reasons most people would be against it are the very things that will bring it into existance ... theres alot of that going on these days ... people are against the war but 'for' fighting "terrorism" ... peoples minds have become melons full of goo ....

Even congress was bypassed, excuse the pun, on that one. In fact I'll bet if you ask your representative, two out of three still do not know.
