Get a Gateway computer, i have one, they last forever and have the best help if something goes wrong. The price may be a bit high but its really worth it overall if you want to keep it for many years to come

AlienWare for heavy games and media

Dell for everything else, doesn't have as good as costumer support as Gateway, but Gateway computers are put together without ease in mind when changing hardware.

I've had nothing but a good experience with Dell. Also Dells are affordable, unlike a lot of other brands.

do not get a dell anything elce is ok just get at least a 2 year warranty
