The Gamecube and the Wii have very slick, very smooth graphics.

What are you complaining about?

The whole point of the wii is that people who aren't diehard crazy game fans can afford to buy it and can understand and enjoy the games.

If ALL the games that come out are super super fast shiny blood-spraying FPSes, then the people who love those games will be happy but the people who don't like those games will have nothing to play.

The wii's supposed to be different, it's not supposed to be just like teh PS3.

Nintendo isn't really focused on graphical power.

They wanted the system to stay cheap, so they cut down the processing power in order to do that. They're more focused on gameplay and innovation.

I do think Nintendo has the poorest gameplan as far as consoles go, but hey, I give them props for trying.

Because nintendo is more focused in providing funner games than "look at that basketball players sweat!" also If you have great graphics then you could just as well be doing it in real life.

they actually are a little bit better than the gamecube's, and besides, why does that matter? graphics are nice, but gameplay is alot more important. Nintendo realized that, which is why they didn't focus on nothing but graphics. besides, don't you think graphics are good enough by now?
