maybe he is tired of pimples and wants to clear his skin. That is ok, if he wants to tint the pimple so it is not visible.

If a guy is self conscious about a pimple, then he may resort to putting something on to hide it. There's nothing wrong with that. If he starts applying blush...THEN I would worry. Tell him to go for it. There is a tinted moisturizer from Neutrogena and it also fights acne, not sure of the name, but I think he should definitely try it.
