No Craig did not play for ipswich. but George played 500 games of Football for ipswich football club!

Craig Burley did not play under his father, nor did he play for Ipswich. But he did play for Derby in the Premiership. Strangely, after Craig retired, George Burley took charge of Derby.

So, he just missed playing for his Dad.
