The Barbados Chick is right, you want a fungicide, not an herbicide. The one's most often used on red beans are sulfur dust or spray, Bordeaux spray (a copper based fungicide) or Daconil (called Fungonil by Bonide). Which you would use would depend on the disease the beans have but Sulfur and Daconil are broad spectrum (they don't cure everything but they cover a lot).

A herbicide kills herbacious plants, I am thinking that is not what you want to do.

Beans get Gray mold on them (fungus) also Rust ( fungus) and also White Mold ( fungus)

Control:
avoid planting in poorly drained areas.
rotate your crops
avoid wetting the foliage when you water
disinfect poles and tools used on infected crop
