Please only answe if you are familiar with PCOS.
I have PCOS, and am having a very hard time getting pregnant. I read that adding soy to your everyday food intake will help produce estrogen. Is that true? And also, will the added estrogen help me produce everything else that I need to inorder to hopefully become pregnant? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

NO! Soy is bad when ttc. (I lost my link to that info, but research soy/soya and being pregnant/ttc)

PCOS is caused by hormone levels being off balance. You don't want to add more hormones, thus making the levels farther off, without a doc's help. Your doc should have put you on something like Metformin or Glucophage to help with the PCOS. They force the body to use the insulin it has, instead of creating more. If your body is using the insulin, it doesn't have a place to store the excess estrogen, thereby making your hormone levels be more balanced. If your doc does NOT have you on these, go talk to him/her about it and find out why.

in all honesty, adding soy would be as helpful as adding cotton candy. you should talk to your obgyn about estrogen treatments. maybe even take prenatal vitamins. they won't hurt you, and when you do get pregnant, you will have an established head start.

No. Soy is a "meat" substitute and you will need to use the real thing.
