i just seen/came across that my best friend has aids and he dont know i know , i dont know how ti act around him now

HIPPA violation if you mention anything to him regarding this. You should act no different to him or towards him. If he is your best friend, this should have not effect on your friendship.

Ok, if he doesnt want anyone to know, then why are you telling us? Stop it! You are such a busy body! Keep your friends wishes! Treat him as you would anyone with this disease. Hopefully, you are educated about the transferrence of HIV. If you aren't even neglibly susceptible then continue your friendship as you would before you found out. By all means do not let him know that you know until he is dying. Thats when you can clear your concious and show him how you have tried to help him maintain his dignity. Dont tell anyone! NO ONE! Not even ...........

Are you sure he doesn't know? When the doctor gets the lab results, he/her talks them over with the patient. Your friend would have had the results before you did.

You will need to do your best to keep your emotions in control. Maybe sometime, he will be comfortable telling you.

Act no differently. He may be afraid to tell you for fear of losing you as a friend. Always be there for him, in the end you may be the only one who was.

You need to act like you always would. He is still your friend. Would you act differently toward him if he had cancer? no you wouldn't. Oh yea, and if you tell anyone you can lose your job.
