Aside from the obvious 'no jiggle or bagging' aspect of bras, do they provide any benefits, or harm?

I think it all depends on your size and whether the bra is fitted correctly...As far as benefits or harm, I think possibly more benefit, as it gives support, but then again, if your bra fits correctly. Harm, I know underwire bras are popular, but I dont think they are any good if they aren't fitted properly....

They can add shape, and if necessary size. They also can give you a nice smooth look under your cloths, and keep you nipples from showing. Also, especally for larger boobs, they releave back pain, something needs to support your breasts, and without a bra, the load falls on your back.

I think benifits because if u dont wear them then ur boobs will hang to the floor by the age of 30

yeah they do!!! theres push up bras that help out and padded bras if you don't have that much to work with. bra's are great!!! you can find pretty much any kind of bra that works....Plus theres some cute ones too!

they dont do much all my bras are from victorias secret which claims they had the greatest bras.. they suck dont buy bras from their unless you like the sagging feeling
