I would think the most serious crimes should be punishable by the death penalty. At the same time, there is heated debate on whether or not the death penalty should in fact be enforced. So I hope this site can help you: http://www.deathpenaltyinfo.org/

in addition to those mentioned, I believe California has the death penalty for those convicted of perjury which leads to a death sentence for the person who got framed.

I disagree with the DP, but I think that's a great law. It would stop people saying anything to get a light sentence for themselves.

Depends on where you live. If you live in the United States it may be harder to get a capital punishment than in a third world country.

Far as crimes- Murder, Rape (in some states), and Treason. The Bible has the eye for an eye kind of punishment so that should be your guiding light as far as United States punishment goes (killing a person).

No links--- all in my head. Do your own homework.

Why are you so damn angry? Stay out of it if you don't have anything constructive to offer.
