Can my doctor prescribe a breast reduction if its medically necessary?

medically necessary in the sense that i basically carry 20 lbs on my chest and it HURTS :(

i don't know if your doctor can prescribe it bu I'm pretty sure that if its for a medical reason such as back pain some insurances will cover it
