Pretty simple. If you could magically cause one website to simply cease to be part of this plain of existence, what would you annihilate? Assume the website will never come back in any incarnation for magical reasons, much to the frustration of someone's IT department.

Instead of taking away content, why not have a test that every person desiring internet access has to take. A basic intelligence and net safety quiz. If you can't pass, you can't surf.
Think how much less traffic there would be...how many fewer viruses spread...how many fewer kids whining that they can't access myspace from school...
