Well, there's the entertainer, that's nice. Here's some more:

some jazz songs like: billies bounce, now's the time, straight no chaser and there are classical like
concerto in a minor by mozart
and ben folds songs like annie waits, fred jones part 2, the ascent of stan (that one's hard)

I don't play piano myself, but if I did I'd learn "Morning Has Broken," the hymn popularized by Cat Stevens. I'd learn other songs by him, like Don't Be Shy and If You Want to Sing Out, Sing Out. If you haven't heard those songs, you should listen to them.
