I worked for them in the 80's, and have a significant hearing loss, esp one ear. Live in Ireland, where their phone service is being sued for causing industrial hearing probs. Have only just heard bt also being claimed against. Need more info as to who to talk to, time limits etc,

The limitation period is unfortunately six years for personal injury cases, which is what this is. It is most unfortunate that you didn't bring an action against them twenty years ago. For cases involving loss of hearing very strict scales are applied to asses the degree of hearing loss, so things are not always as cut and dry as one might suppose. I'm very sorry.
