That's kind of a trick question, because most "Bob Marley" songs had Peter Tosh on them. The trendy pick would be to say Marley, but there are some Tosh songs that I really like, such as "Downpressor Man," "Steppin' Razor," and "Legalize It."

Marley, Tosh does not make my top 5 reggae artist ever. Here is mine:
1)Bob Marley
2)Alpha Blondy
3)Burning Spear
4)Yellowman
5)Gregory Isaacs

Marley, of course. There again, I'm more up for Burning Spear, Gladiators or Culture when it comes to roots. Each to their own as they say so well.
