The genitals in a newborn either girl or boy are always swollen at birth...but it soes go away. You might want to take him to the Dr is its still swollen.

his "balls" aren't swollen, they are still within his body. but most new born boys have swollen scrots. the swelling normally goes down in 4-6 months. The DR would/should inform the parents during well-baby visits if there's a problem.

Newborn baby boys gebitals are always swollen at birth! This should go away with in a week! If this doesnt you should call his pediatrician and ask them!

it couldnt be from the circumcision if its been a couple months. It might be excess fluid in his testicles though. My son had that happen to him when he was an infant and had to have a hydrocectomy. he was in an out of the surgery center in less than 2 hours and you can barely see the tiny 2 inch scar above his penis area. (he is now 3). sometimes fluid just gets trapped down in that region and needs to be drained. have your daughter look into getting him checked out.

Some children have that. My son had it until he was close to a year old. If it makes you feel better, take him to a pediatrician.

"Balls" ! strage comment for a grandparent to use, for thier new baby, u being wiered or serious. if your serious get him checked out at drs. If its a wind up your stupid.
