Yes. In fact, I've done this. There's a spot with a big stone tablet that shows where the four corners meet.

since you only have two feet, i can only assume you can be in 2 states at a time, but if you lay down, I believe it is possible. I have heard of the location in the US with this odd phenomenon

i live in arizona and believe me its possible, the four corners meet eacother at eachothers corners therefore you are easily in four states at once.
