how do i become a anime voice actor ?!?!?

like for cartoons and other tv
um im pretty good at voices
i know you need acting but i can find anything around tennessee
and i know you have to have experance too

so can any please help search for a acting class or a building that might have acting lessons of some sort around tennessee for training me to become one
cuz i cant find to much

being good at voices, doesn't make you good for animation or voice acting

can you take a monologue and be able to do it in several different voices, inflections, accents and intonnation?

Right now, the best thing you can do is look into community theater and start there. Take acting classes, ESPeCIALLY in improvisation. For voice acting, alot of your talent has to come from are you able to "change" on the spot . What you may think be good for a character, may not be what the director wants. Improv will help you to come up with something right on the spot.

Do your local radio stations do internships? The best way to get "mic" time is to be on the mic. Some radio stations (the smaller ones) need people to announce commercials over the air, and such. That's another way to get your foot in the door

You will also need to start on your Demo, so if you do acting/voice overs from locally produced commercials, be sure to ask for a tape of what you've done.

lastly, once you "feel" you have the practice, you need to move to where the jobs are.

Currently, Anime voices are corded in Texas, New York, Canada and Los Angeles.

And you will want to take a look into voice acting training as well while you build up your resume

well first you need a webpage. Then try your voiceacting for anime on websites (i do youtube) its fun. people will see this and you can use it when you try out for auditions. if you're good then you will be invited to an audition. if you want more help, i'm mewichigocutie at youtube.com (it's not an email!) just look me up and you'll see some examples on how voiceactors get started, lookup Darkenzan. he's good.
