Why does everybody suck up to them.
How the heck are they ranked when you consider the fact they barely got through 3/4 of their schedual with barely hanging on wins. And the the huge one....they lost to an unranked opponent of OREGON STATE. I repeat that Oregon State. Because you know when you think of college football you think of the great team of Oregon State Beavers.

Notre Dame is much more overrated, they barely...BARELY won 3 of their games... Georgia Tech, Michigan State, and UCLA (Miracles they won.)...all of which are unranked. If USC had One miracle this season they would be #2 without a question. It might be important to add...Notre Dame Hasn't Beaten a Ranked team all year (penn st. doesn't count...they aren't ranked anymore.) USC has Beaten 4 quality teams; Arkansas, Nebraska, California, and Oregon. Notre dame hasn't beaten anyone of the like. If you could, Look at Notre Dame's Schedule, up and down, and pick out one win that you would consider, QUALITY. Anyways they only way to tell is when the two collide...I like USC's chances at home. The Point Im trying to make is that They definitely deserve a top 5 spot or a national championship shot more at this point in the season than Notre Dame. So maybe ask the same question about Notre Dame.

Go Big Red.

Ohio State and Michigan are legitimate #1 and #2. Florida should be #3. USC #4 and Notre Dame should not even be in the top 10. USC will crush them this weekend and hopefully we'll be done hearing about the Irish for the rest of this year. The only reason Notre Dame is ranked is money. They are a national draw for bowl money and the networks and the NCAA are all about the cash.

An unranked Oregon State team on the road nearly beat the great LSU a couple years back. That was a worse Oregon State team than this years. If not for a couple botched extra points Oregon State would have won.

USC had four turnovers in that game and played poorly but still almost won.

Now USC beat SEC divison leader but SEC fan says that doesn't count hahaha.

USc beats Nebraska by 18 and it is also a conference leader.

Other teams should schedule smart and they too could be taking part in the debate. Suckers.

USC is good. They beat Ohio State last week. I haven't been watching but I know they're playing their backup QB so I wonder if that has affected their play. Washington's coach used to be a coordinator at USC too so he knows that USC team very well. The Huskies might be the team that upsets USC this year.

THANK YOU! Finally someone sees that USC is overrated! This is my exact point Notre Dame lost to Michigan. Florida lost to Auburn. Notre Dame and Florida have tougher schedules.

Part of the picture is the memory of the last two years and the other part is the reputation of the coach. Notre Dame's bubble was burst early and Florida has been stumbling all year.

Michigan isn't gonna play against OSU in the National Championship just yet, if USC luckz out & winz they'll most likely be in it, but if Notre Dame beatz them then Michigan iz in it. the reason USC iz number 3 iz cuz, most ppl want them to be national championz again, idk y, they are way overrated...and az far az SEC being toughest confrence in the NCAA, thats ****** bullshit...the only reason they r said to be the toughest confrence to playin in iz becuz they have so many ranked teamz, i think BIG Ten iz the hardest, the suckiest team can beat one of the best teamz any day, just look @ Penn St. before they came to the BIG Ten, they alwayz would win cuz they played easy teamz, but when they got to the Big Ten they sucked...thatz the same wit USC, u put USC in the Big 10 & they'd suck...i gaurentee that Wisconsin could beat USC this year

Because they are media darlings, just like Notre Dame. The playoff system really has to come in effect for a true champion to be crowned. The SEC has the toughest conference in America and will almost be impossible for one team to go undefeated with parity in the league.

I'm trying to figure out that one myself. Don't worry though, cause Notre Dame will make sure to knock them off next game... Now if we could just figure out why Ohio State is gonna have to play Michigan again for the National Championship even though they just beat them... :)
