i work at mcdonalds and im supposed to be there at 5. but if i go that would mean i would be 14 and a half hours without seeing my boyfriend.

Try being in the Navy and going six and a half months without seeing your wife. And getting up for work every morning at 4:30. And going 3 days without sleep. News flash for ya kid - Life is hard and work is hardly ever fun. But the trick to being happy is balancing your work with your personal life. How you do that is up to you, but getting all worked up about not seeing your guy for half a day seems a little creepy to me.

Part of growing up and becoming a highly employable person is establishing a work ethic and working reputation for yourself. Blowing off work to see a boyfriend would demonstrate poor qualities such as irresponsibility, lack of dependability and general untrustworthiness.

i mean really how could you even go 1 hour without seeing your boyfriend... it just seems so unethical. Work is not as important as being social, remember that and you will go far in life!!

well you need to be responsible and go to work. you're bf will still be there after work. you're job might not be there. i'm sure you have bills and things you got to pay. so the smart thing to do is go to work , even if you don't really want to. it's not worth it.
